Creative Director, Alice Harvey
- One half of LILYS along side husband Callum, Alice opened LILYS at 18 years old and hasn't looked back since! Alice wanted to create a salon with one on one appointments where you get the undivided attention from your stylist throughout your whole appointment and get rid of that daunting salon environment.
Alice is now an award winning stylist as 'Salon Awards' 2021/22/23 Creative Image of the Year winner, Goldwell's UK Top 5 UK Colourist 2019, The Fellowship for British Hairdressing Project X team 2020/2021 and part of the KMS Artist Network UK team as an educator 2018-2022 as well as scooping us a place in the finals for 2023 Salon Business Awards!
You'll find Alice each year creating beautiful hair at both London & Paris fashion week for many designers
Alice is our lead educator here at LILYS and is responsible for our whole teams training programs bringing the next generation of hairdressing into this amazing industry!

Callum Harvey - Director
The other half of LILYS and the guy that makes everything happen is Callum! After going along with Alice's many ideas came 'LILYS' at age just 18 and a push in the right direction from Alice's parents now 13 year's later Callum & Alice run LILYS as a powerful duo!
Callum's hard was shown by making the finals to 2023 Salon Business Awards for Ultimate Salon Of The Year!
After just completing the huge salon expansion you'll find Callum tucked away in his office and always at the end of the phone working away behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly!
SIAN - MASTER STYLIST
Sian joined the team at LILYS in 2017 after managing Sassoon salon's LILYS was her next step to really up her skills and shine and she has done just that!
Sian won a place as a KMS UK Ambassador after being hand selected in 2018 to join the first UK KMS Squad!
With her background in Sassoon Sian's expertise shine through in her cutting and styling. Sian's skills show through in her work with her classic cuts and natural colouring. Sian is a powerhouse of Davines knowledge, ask her for personalised product advice, she really knows her stuff!
Her friendly, chatty personality is infectious and is in high demand so get booked in quick!

ANNABEL - SENIOR STYLIST
Annabel joined team LILYS in early 2022 after 4 years at her previous salon.
After spending an intense 6 months working under Alice at the beginning of her LILYS journey Annabel has quickly progressed with a promotion to her current role of Senior Stylist. With a natural talent for colouring Annabel is your girl for big colour changes!
Gaining a mentorship with the global hairdresser Neil Barton to help guide her to create a photographic entry into Goldwell's Global Creative Awards 2023 Annabel won a place as a TOP 5 UK New Talent Colourist of the Year!

Eloise is obsessed about blondes and loves a colour correction and while working her magic on your hair you'll find her calm and friendly nature infectious

GRACE - DEVELOPING STYLIST
Grace joined us as a Apprentice to start her hairdressing training in 2023 under Alice's one to one training program. Each week Grace undergoes guided training with Alice as well as one day a week at West Suffolk College, the UK's highest distinction rate in hairdressing training.
Grace is already super popular with clients with a regular client base for her excellent blow-dry skills. Grace has a natural talent and hugely driven as she works through her training with Alice and we are very excited to watch her evolve into the talented hairdresser she is becoming as the next generation of LILYS!
